Software Engineer speaking German, English and French (m/w/d)

As a member of Esker’s technical support team (within the R&D department), you would be the first technical contact for our large European accounts. Your job responsibilities would include qualifying problems, architectures and improvement requests, working closely with our second level support team on technical solutions, closely monitoring project development, and communicate the solution back to the customer.

Job requirements include:

Fluency in French, English and German
Strong understanding of customer service
Motivated by technical challenges
Recent engineer graduate with software education background
Experience in technology environments (windows 2003, architecture web type .NET), messaging (Exchange, Lotus Notes, SMS, Fax) and SAP
